Fat-type
You should control your diet, reduce the intake of high-fat, high-salt, high-sugar, and preserved food such as white bread, cakes, sausages, hams; and drink less high-sugar drinks. It is because these foods rapidly increase the blood sugar level in the body, and thus increase the secretion of insulin, and lead to the accumulation of fat which is the origin of lower-body obese.

Edema type
The human body is about 60% water by weight. When the metabolic rate slows down, excess water will easily be accumulated in the body, and therefore it looks swollen and the flesh of the fat parts becomes sagged. Stay on a light diet to ease the burden of the kidneys. When the kidney function improves, the metabolic rate will be enhanced so that excess water and wastes will be removed. Good circulation can slim your curves in the lower body.

Fit type
The body weights and fat contents may change with the increase in age, diet and exercise habit even for people within the standard range. Therefore you should maintain a balanced diet and nutritional values, and do regular exercises to keep the fit body shape.

Underweight type
